Proximate Solar Returns and Exchange Policy
Clause 1 The Circumstances in which you can Returns and Exchanges your order.
Regarding returning and exchanging an order, there are certain conditions in which a return is allowed.
These include receiving the wrong item, having a damaged or defective product, wanting to change the delivered goods, as well as not being satisfied with the size or specifications of a product.
If any of these scenarios apply to you, then we can assist in sorting out your order. Returns and exchanges are accepted at our discretion and subject to other terms and conditions.
Clause 2 When to Return and Exchange
Consumers should always be aware that they need to initiate any returns, repairs, and exchanges within ten business days of the delivery of the goods.
Clause 3 Options for returning the Goods
If a product is returned to us and its return follows the rules laid out in Clause 5, you have multiple options for how you would like to proceed.
Clause 4 How a Return and Exchange is initiated
You can state why you are returning the good, mail it to our official account, and inform us about your priorities of crediting, refunding, or replacing/exchanging. We will do our research and will get back to you. All the returns and their methods don’t fall under our department. You will be entirely responsible for the safe delivery of the product. It’s better to have proof of your delivery too.
Clause 5 Condition of the Product Returned
When returning goods, customers must ensure that the items are undamaged, unused, in their original sealed packaging, and include the original receipt. It is also essential that necessary packages are correctly and safely wrapped to ensure safe shipment back to us.
If goods are returned in the desired manner, we may choose not to accept the return or charge a related handling fee.

Clause 7 Process After We Received Your Product
After the goods have been returned, they will be inspected, and the process of returning or refunding the account will begin within five business days. If a replacement is necessary, that process may take 5 to 30 business days. This process ensures customers have a positive experience as they can get their money back quickly and conveniently.
Clause 8 Product Inspection
After reviewing and analysing the situation, we reserve the right to inspect any returned products. If it is determined that the items are not suitable for resale at our reasonable discretion, then they will be denied approval and no further action can be taken.
To ensure customer satisfaction and provide quality products, it is necessary to institute these policies as a safeguard.
Clause 9 Excluded Goods
When it comes to returns policy, not all items are treated equally. Digital goods, headphones, and courier fees are excluded; those items cannot be returned. To ensure we keep our end customers in a favourable position, certain goods that can easily be abused must remain excluded from any kind of return policy.
