Proximate Solar Delivery Policy

Clause 1. Introduction

All orders are shipped according to the Proximate Solar Delivery Policy, which forms part of the agreement at purchase. The Delivery Policy outlines 1-5 working days for delivery, depending on the customer’s address.

Clause 2. Delivery Procedure

2.1 After a customer place the order, the specified shipping address and the delivery option cannot be changed unless approved by us.

2.2 For convenience, customers will then receive a tracking code to keep track of their order as it is shipped.

2.3 All deliveries are handled between 9 am and 5 pm on weekdays. This ensures that customers can receive their orders promptly without having to worry about waiting for them too long.

2.4 When ordering products, it’s important to remember that the customer is ultimately responsible for the successful receiving of their order.

2.5 In most cases, this clause means someone needs to be present at the address when a delivery is made. Please do so to ensure that the courier will keep the products, and a second attempt will be made at an additional cost. Ensuring someone can receive your order upon its arrival and staying up-to-date on any changes or delays to its delivery process is essential for averting costly mistakes.

2.6 Receiving orders requires special attention. The person supplied with the products must sign a delivery note or take a necessary photograph/scan to confirm that the order has been delivered.

4.1 Our shipping rates average R300 per item for local (Gauteng) deliveries and R650 per item for regional (other South African provinces) deliveries, depending on the particular item

6.1 International orders go through different processing, but local orders are delivered based on two standards.

6.2 Digital goods such as e-books and albums will be instantaneously available once payment is confirmed. Physical goods such as apparel or artwork will be sent and arrive to the customer within five working days or less. This dependable delivery system reduces communication difficulties and ensures customers receive their products efficiently, keeping both our buyers satisfied.

Clause 7. Collection

7.1 To provide our customers with the best possible experience, we offer a ‘collection’ service for our goods, meaning they can be picked up at a predetermined time and place. Once the customer has been notified that the goods are ready, they may arrange collection. Of course, no delivery fees will be applicable in such instances as all costs associated with transport have been removed.

If there are errors, we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation with a refund.
